#Triathlon ITU announces more classification opportunities for 2018

ITU is pleased to further announce the classification opportunities in 2018 for athletes at ITU events: St.Kilda OTU Paratriathlon Continental Championships 13 January 2018 (Done) Sarasota CAMTRI Paratriathlon American Championships: 9 March 2018 Águilas ITU Paratriathlon World Cup 4-5 May 2018 Yokohama ITU World Paratriathlon Series 10-11 May 2018 Tartu ETU Paratriathlon Continental Championships 17-18 July 2018 Gold Coast ITU Paratriathlon World Championships 12-14 September 2018 (Classification for both PI and VI –physical/visual impairments) Additional opportunities for physical impairments may be added as soon as confirmed with the Organizers and for the ATU and ASTC Continental Championships depending on the classification needs for the entered athletes. For Visual Impairments, ITU will host an opportunity in Gold Coast as described above and is currently working on another location in Europe. CLASSIFICATION SEMINARS IN 2018 There will be a classification seminar hosted by the Colombian Triathlon Federation and Colombian Paralympic Committee in San Andrés Islas – Colombia on 10-11 April 2018.
