Gabriel Bryan takes Kauaʻi atop Lexus Pipe Challenger podium I 805 Post Show Finals Day

It was the women's turn at Pipe to close out the 2026 Lexus Pipe Challenger Presented by Billabong with Gabriela Bryan joining Callum Robson as the victor. Pipeline and Backdoor continued to provide moments of sheer magic with barrel opportunities to kick off Finals Day before prevailing winds tested Bryan and her fellow CTers alongside Challenger Series elite. In the end, Bryan bested a world-class Final including reigning World Champ Molly Picklum, 2025 Rookie of the Year Erin Brooks, and a surging Anat Lelior, who now joins the qualification race heading into Australia. A day marked with numerous excellent scores from Brooks, Isabella Nichols, Picklum, Bettylou Sakura Johnson, and more ended in triumph for Bryan in her first Challenger Series win to add to her incredible accolades as a multi-CT winner. The women’s Challenger Series elite took over Pipeline for opening day of the Lexus Pipe Challenger Presented by Billabong with a mixed bag of heavy-hitters rising and falling. Those who found themselves in the right place at the right time were gifted Backdoor gems to find curtain calls and powerful hammers. Reigning World Champ Molly Picklum stole the show with an excellent debut alongside fellow Aussie Sierra Kerr showcasing her powerful form. But, wildcards Zoe McDougall, Moana Jones Wong, and fellow Hawaiians began dismantling CT qualification hopefuls right away. Huppatz, Henry win WSL World Junior Championships, join elite champions list I Post Show Finals Day

The pinnacle of WSL Pro Junior competition crowned Isla Huppatz and Dane Henry as the 2025 WSL World Junior Championships Philippines Presented by Magnolia and Pure Foods champions with an Australian sweep. A remarkable run for event standout, Huppatz, concluded with a maiden WSL World Junior Championships title after besting 2023 World Junior Champ Sierra Kerr in the dwindling moments, and under priority. Huppatz adds her name to the running list of former World Junior Champs from Australia, including Isabella Nichols, Sally Fitzgibbons, Joel Parkinson, and more. Then, Henry blitzed through Finals Day, starting with a buzzer-beater over fellow Australian Lennix Smith, before taking down an in-form Nadav Attar to claim the Aussie sweep in the Philippines.
