The World Surf League (WSL) North America Longboard Regional Qualifying Series (LQS) is ready to ignite a fresh season at the 2026 Surfing For Hope Longboard Classic. Beginning October 9 through 11, the region's top longboarders take over Pismo Beach for pivotal points toward WSL Longboard Tour qualification. From previous event winners Cole Robbins and Malia Ilagan, to recent Lexus US Open of Surfing Longboard victor Tommy Coleman, the field is stacked with Longboard Tour-caliber talent. The Pismo Beach Pier has become a staple on the North America circuit for the QS and Pro Junior contingent, and this marks the fifth edition of the Surfing For Hope Longboard Classic.
