Meet Kian Badloe, the first back to back World Champion in RS:X Windsurfing.
Video c/o Topzeilen TV- “Just over a month ago the 25-year-old Kiran Badloe became the first back to back World Champion RS:X Windsurfing. After winning the Olympic trials of Dorian van Rijsselberghe, Badloe will represent the Netherlands at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo.
Badloe’s windsurfing career took a flight at the end of 2013 when he joined forces with Van Rijsselberghe and his trainer Aaron McIntosh. In their training and races Kiran and Dorian pushed each other non-stop to become the best Olympic windsurfers in the world. This culminated in impressive results at the last 3 World Championships.
