Supporting Community Restoration Efforts in Margaret River

For the Margaret River Pro, World Surf League and surfers Kanoa Igarashi, Bettylou Sakura Johnson, Conner Coffin, and Lakey Peterson teamed up on a #weareoneocean coastal restoration project with Nature Conservation Margaret River, Great Southern Reef, Line In the Sand Group and Shiseido, to work together in healing the landscape and to learn more about this incredible ocean ecosystem. The Great Southern Reef is an interconnected kelp forest ecosystem that spans across the southern half of the country and is a global biodiversity hotspot. Its rocky reef systems are what makes these world class waves possible.
