Day 3 of the Ballito Pro saw inspiring performances, namely Hawaii’s Eli Hanneman with a 9.17 full rotation in Men’s round of 48. Nikki Van Dijk also put in solid work with a 14.50 total, making the most of grindy conditions. The Challenger Series moves to South Africa for its third battle of the season. In this long-running event at one of the country’s premier breaks, up-and-coming surfers like Caity Simmers, Rio Waida, Sheldon Simkus, and Teresa Bonvalot fight to get one step closer to their dream of qualifying for the Championship Tour.
