Willian Cardoso first entered the Qualifying Series back in 2011, acting as an alternate on various Championship Tour events until he finally qualified for the 2018 season. During his rookie year he was able to take home an event win at the Uluwatu CT. Today at Saquarema we say farewell to the Panda, and to an amazing career underpinned by persistence and determination. Obrigado Panda! Only two events remain in the battle for Championship Tour qualification. With three surfers already locking up their place on the 2023 tour, seven men's and five women’s spots are still up for grabs when the best up-and-coming surfers head to Brazil.
