Buzzer-beating magic, new names staking their claim among proven and decorated contenders, and the eliminations are just getting started. With La Union providing just enough spark to push competitors’ performances, the best junior talents 20-and-under are ready to shine under the pressure of chasing a WSL World Junior Title. The WSL World Junior Champions will be crowned for the second year in a row in the Philippines at La Union. It will be only the fourth time the WSL has gone to this part of the Philippines and the 6th time in 26 years that a World Junior Champion will be crowned in Asia. Having hosted several regional QS events over the last 20 years, this will be the biggest international surfing event ever held in the Philippines.
